Szandra worked for 11 years at one of Hungary's market-leading light industry company, where she was the coordinator of the payroll and HR functions and gained a wide range of professional experience. Later, she supported the organisation for many years as a compensation expert in SME sector’s well known IT company. Then, she continued her professional career in the outsourcing business sector, providing payroll services to multinational companies in a managerial position, in English.
Szandra joined the Niveus team in 2022, and currently leads the payroll team of the outsourcing business services as Payroll Manager.
Szandra graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Szeged with a degree in Labour Relations. In 2012, she qualified as a social security and payroll specialist, later she earned a postgraduated degree as a lean service designer at the Budapest Metropolitan University in 2023.
For Szandra, the greatest value in her work is the establishment of friendly client relations, efficient teamwork and stable processes. She considers the motivating effect of her professional dedication among her colleagues through the continuous knowledge sharing as a success.
Her key consulting areas include company labor compliance audits, end-to-end integration of payroll processes, and development of corporate compensation strategies.
