Zoltán Dr. Jánosi

Zoltán graduated from Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law, in 2006. Following his graduation, he spent 17 years at the Hungarian office of Hogan Lovells. He has spent the last few years of his career in a senior associate position and gained a broad experience in corporate and real estate matters.
Zoltán has broad experience on the fields of corporate and real estate law. He advises his Hungarian and international clients on property sale and purchase transactions, commercial leasing, and construction / property development matters. His corporate practice covers, among others, complex M&A projects, restructurings, cross border conversions, mergers, divisions, and other corporate matters.
He always aims to find the best practical solutions for clients. Zoltán’s clear cooperative and pragmatic approach has helped get numerous deals across the line.
