Andrea has been working over 6 years at one of the most-well known multinational Budapest based oil & gas company. She had the opportunity there to get to know thoroughly all main HR areas, of which organisational development, succession, under & fresh graduate recruitment were the most significant. Andrea managed international, award-winning projects in these fields above.

She pursued her career later as Office & HR manager at a newly established Hungarian automation firm. She gained a lot of experience in working and setting up a new company as well as creating processes from scratch.  

She has a master’s degree in Sociology. In her current role she may utilize her former work experience and her studies because we are constantly growing and searching for new colleagues. We strive to maintain the well-known and appreciated familiar atmosphere and living true work -life balance at Niveus.
