Szilvia Molnár
Business Development Director
With an interest in financial services and communications, Szilvi started her career in an investment fund management company and worked for a credit guarantee institution. In addition to communications, she has experience in service sales, training, business analysis and event management. Building on all this experience, Szilvi joined the Niveus team in 2023, where she is primarily responsible for client relations and business development, and secondarily for communications.
Her open and friendly personality makes it easy for her to connect with clients, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships. She is committed to maintaining personal contact with clients, providing practical and tailored services and enhancing the client experience. She also handles conflict situations with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
Szilvi graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2007 with a degree in Economics and Marketing. She has also broadened her horizons as a member of the Rajk College for Advanced Studies.
