Heni worked for one of the largest outsourcing companies in the country for almost 7 years, where she gained excellent accounting and tax knowledge, as well as communication, client management and leadership experience. She continued her professional career as a regional finance manager in an IT company, where she had the opportunity to learn about internal business processes, participated in planning and supported the achievement of strategic goals.
As a manager, she is committed to the professional development of her team and herself, to explore automation opportunities and to implement processes that increase employee satisfaction and customer experience.
In addition to her degree in Economics, Heni is also a chartered public accountant, tax consultant and is currently studying to become an IFRS chartered accountant.
