Junior Manager - Payroll

Detti has been working in payroll administration for more than 14 years, primarily in an outsourcing environment, where she has gained comprehensive experience in payroll, social security pay office administration and handling labour law matters.

She studied at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University, specializing in labour law, and also holds qualifications as a payroll and social security administrator.

At Niveus, as a Junior Payroll Manager, she leads a multi-member professional team and is responsible for the full payroll administration process for one of the company’s key clients. She is also actively involved in internal process development and digitalization projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and introducing long-term sustainable solutions.

She works with a solution-oriented mindset and places strong emphasis on professional quality, systemic thinking and seamless teamwork. She believes that well-organized processes not only support day-to-day operations, but also contribute to the employee experience and the achievement of strategic goals.
