Szigorodó NAV-ellenőrzések: felkészült a 2026-os változásokra?

Jön az új Transzferár Rendelet, jelentős változások várhatóak

Társadalmi egyeztetésre bocsájtották az új Transzferár Rendeletet a Nemzetgazdasági Minisztérium illetékesei! Az új Transzferár Rendelet néhány ponton csökkenteni fogja az adminisztrációs terhet (a 100 millió Ft-os dokumentációs értékhatár 150 millió Ft-ra nő, a Fődokumentum készítés alól mentesülnek az 500 millió Ft összérték alatti kapcsolt tranzakciókkal rendelkező adózók, új, egyszerűsített dokumentáció készítési lehetőségek nyíltak meg), ugyanakkor a Helyi dokumentum tartalmi követelményei tovább növekednek majd (részletes összehasonlíthatósági elemzés, DEMPE teszt, Hasznossági teszt készítésére lesznek kötelezettek az adózók)
