Changing your accounting service provider in 2027? Start preparing this autumn!

31/08/2026

The end of the year may still seem some way off, but if a company wants to work with a new accounting service provider from 2027, or outsource its accounting, autumn is the right time to start preparing. A well-managed transition takes time: requirements need to be assessed, a new provider selected, the handover planned and accounting-related processes coordinated.

It may be worth considering a change of provider if

  • the current accounting firm can no longer keep pace with the company’s size or complexity;
  • too many technical accounting and tax matters still need to be handled in-house;
  • tax, payroll, transfer pricing or IFRS tasks need to be coordinated across several different providers;
  • or group operations, international reporting and English-language communication require broader professional support.

Niveus’s accounting team has the expertise and capacity required to support medium-sized companies and corporate groups with more complex operations.

We can assign a dedicated tax adviser to our accounting clients, while payroll, legal, transfer pricing and IFRS expertise are also available in-house. This means accounting can be managed not in isolation, but as an integrated part of the company’s wider financial and tax operations.

If you are already considering a change, our team would be happy to discuss, during a complimentary initial consultation, what to look out for, the steps involved in the transition and the appropriate timing for starting the process. We can, of course, also prepare a proposal upon request.

If your company handles accounting in-house or is not currently planning a change, we would also appreciate referrals. Our accounting team is expanding, and we are continuously open to establishing new client relationships.

3 milliós KATA keret: mi van, ha túllépem?

Továbbra sem csillapodnak a hullámok a januárban hatályba lépett új KATA szabályozás körül, amely a 3 millió forint feletti kifizetések után 40%-os adót ró a juttatás kifizetőjére. A Niveus Consulting Group néhány, a gyakorlatban gyakran felmerülő kérdést járt körül.
