Director - Law
Miklós is a lawyer and a certified tax expert (specialising in income tax and sales tax), and joined Niveus Consulting Group in 2021, where he is a director and supports both the legal and tax business.
Previously, he worked for nearly 10 years in Hungarian and international law firms. During his office career, he has been involved in several high-value M&A transactions and supported as lead counsel one of the most significant projects in Hungary involving foreign investors. Subsequently, he was the legal director of a Hungarian start-up.
Since 2019, Miklós has been a lecturer in taxation for economists at the Károli Gáspár Reformed University.
His main areas of expertise are corporate law and sales taxation. He works in English and Chinese.
